  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, add the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and lime juice.
  • Whisk thoroughly until the sauce becomes creamy, smooth, and evenly combined. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice level if desired.
  • For the best flavor, refrigerate the sauce for 10 to 15 minutes before serving so the flavors blend together.

Notes

For extra heat, add sriracha or red pepper flakes gradually. For a lighter version, replace part of the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Chill for 10 to 15 minutes before serving for the best flavor. Do not freeze, as the texture may separate after thawing.
