Equipment

  • medium mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • measuring spoons
  • airtight container for storage

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce (optional)
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, add the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lime juice.
  • Whisk everything together until the sauce becomes smooth, creamy, and evenly colored. Taste and adjust the spice level if needed.
  • For the best flavor, refrigerate the sauce for about 10 to 15 minutes before serving. This helps the flavors blend together beautifully.

Notes

Customize the heat level by adjusting the amount of sriracha. Add honey for sweetness, smoked paprika for smoky depth, or garlic powder for extra savory flavor. Chill for 10 to 15 minutes before serving for the smoothest flavor. For a lighter version, replace part or all of the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
