Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pineapple chunks, fresh or canned (drained if using canned)
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Place the pineapple chunks into a blender and blend until smooth and juicy. Optionally strain for a smoother texture.
  • Add the coconut milk and blend again until fully combined and creamy. Adjust flavor to taste if needed.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately while cold, or refrigerate briefly before serving.

Notes

Use chilled pineapple and coconut milk for the best refreshing result. Choose full-fat coconut milk for a richer texture or a lighter coconut beverage for a thinner drink. You can strain for extra smoothness if desired. Variations include using frozen pineapple for a thicker texture, swapping coconut milk with coconut water, or adding mango for extra flavor.
