Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce

  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly until the dip becomes smooth and evenly combined.
  • Taste the dip and adjust the spice level if needed. Add more buffalo sauce for heat or a small drizzle of honey if you prefer a milder balance.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving. This helps the flavors blend together and gives the dip a thicker texture.

Notes

For extra heat, add cayenne pepper or extra buffalo sauce. Mix in blue cheese crumbles for a classic buffalo wing flavor. For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise and sour cream. Refrigerate before serving for the best texture and flavor. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Not freezer friendly.
