  • Peel the bananas and place them into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the milk and blend again until fully combined and frothy. The mixture should be smooth and slightly thick.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Optionally chill beforehand or serve over ice for a colder drink.

Notes

Use very ripe bananas for maximum sweetness and creaminess. Chill the bananas or use frozen slices for a thicker, colder drink. You can add cocoa powder for a chocolate version or peanut butter for extra richness. Use dairy or plant-based milk depending on preference.
